Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 1 was read and was before the Senate on final passage. Senators Halford, Pete Kelly, Phillips, Green, Taylor, Miller, Leman, Pearce, Elton, Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cosponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. The question being: Shall SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 1 Relating to declaring March 1999 as Sobriety Awareness Month, pass the Senate?
